Detailed Training Program

Module 1: Safety and Security

This crucial module covers emergency procedures, evacuation management, firefighting, first aid, and handling difficult passengers or unlawful acts.

Module 2: Human Factors and CRM

Learn the principles of Crew Resource Management (CRM) to optimize communication, teamwork, leadership, and decision-making under stress or fatigue.

Module 3: Dangerous Goods

Training in the identification, classification, and handling of dangerous goods transported on board, in accordance with IATA regulations.

Module 4: Medical Aspects and First Aid

In-depth study of in-flight first aid procedures, use of on-board medical equipment, and management of common medical emergencies.

Module 5: Simulator Practice

Real-life simulation in a cabin simulator to practice emergency procedures, including fire extinguishing and slide evacuation.

Prerequisites to Apply

Ensure you meet the necessary conditions to join the CCA training.

  • Age and Nationality: Be at least 18 years old and a citizen of a member country of the European Economic Area.
  • Education Level: High school diploma (BAC level) or equivalent is strongly recommended.
  • Languages: Good command of French and an operational level of English (B1 minimum).
  • Medical Fitness: Obtain a Class CC medical fitness certificate issued by an approved doctor.
  • Swimming Ability: Must be able to swim 50 meters in under 2 minutes.
  • Criminal Record: A clean criminal record is required.
